As the prime contractor on PERMS, our understanding of the Army's HR requirements and systems architecture is unsurpassed. This work established a foundation for successes on a wide range of HR systems assignments. PERMS serves over 600,000 web-based users and is the US Army's record management system for all soldier personnel records.

  • U.S. Department of Treasury - served as the prime contractor for HR Connect, the department's enterprise resource planning system. Consolidating more than 100 legacy systems, HR Connect makes human resources and payroll processes faster and more accurate.

  • U.S. Postal Service - Developed PostalEase, a web-based, self-serve solution that enables postal employees to manage their own benefits online - quickly, easily, and accurately. PostalEASE now serves all 750,000 USPS employees. The system uses voice recognition and a user-friendly operating environment to provide immediate, secure access to employee benefit selections.
