HERNDON, Va. -- April 10, 2000 -- Logicon Inc., a Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE: NOC) company, today announced a solution provider agreement for records management support and services with Open Text™ Corporation (NASDAQ: OTEX, TSE:OTC), the leading provider of collaborative intranet, extranet and e-business applications.

Together, the two companies will pursue opportunities in the emerging records management support and services market.
Under the agreement, Logicon employees will receive certification training and software licenses for the iRIMS Studio, a fully integrated, Web-based enterprise records management solution.
Designed to manage paper and electronic records, the iRIMS solution has passed rigorous testing for the Department of Defense's (DoD) RMA Design Criteria Standard 5015.2. This standard is mandatory for defense agencies, and viewed as a model by civilian agencies.
