DISA SELECTS NORTHROP GRUMMAN AND IBM FOR STORAGE-ON-DEMAND SERVICES CONTRACT

HERNDON, Va. -- Nov. 12, 2001 -- Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE: NOC) and IBM announced today they have been selected to provide the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) with Storage-on-Demand Services.
The award enables Northrop Grumman and IBM to install and manage the IBM Enterprise Storage Server at each of the DISA MegaCenters in Mechanicsburg, Pa., and Columbus, Ohio.

Northrop Grumman estimates the contract value to its Information Technology sector will exceed $2 million in storage product solutions and services over the next three years.
