NORTHROP GRUMMAN HOSTS GRAND OPENING FOR NEW FAYETTEVILLE FACILITY

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. -- July 30, 2003 -- Northrop Grumman Corporation's (NYSE: NOC) Information Technology (IT) sector dedicated a new facility in Fayetteville, N.C., on July 8, 2003, with a ribbon cutting ceremony.
The facility was opened to expand support of the company's existing customers at Fort Bragg and potential new military customers at Fort Bragg and Pope Air Force Base.
Highlighting the occasion were remarks by Fayetteville Mayor Marshall Pitts and Sid Fuchs, vice president and director, Intelligence Operations, Northrop Grumman IT TASC.
"This facility will contain approximately 14 Northrop Grumman IT TASC employees, all dedicated to supporting our current customers at Fort Bragg," said Fuchs. "We look forward to supporting the local Fayetteville community."
Claude Wigglesworth, section and program manager, Northrop Grumman IT TASC, will serve as the lead executive at the facility.
