BOSTON, Sept. 16, 2005 -- Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE:NOC) will showcase its converged-communications solutions and services next week at the VON Fall Conference and Expo.
The Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) industry tradeshow will be held Sept. 19-22 at the Boston Convention Center.
Northrop Grumman's Information Technology (IT) sector will demonstrate three converged-communications solutions and services that help businesses connect their messaging and call control onto one network, specifically the Internet-protocol network.
In conjunction with AnchorPoint, Northrop Grumman will feature a suite of telecommunications financial-management applications and services. This includes invoice, usage and asset management and business analytics tools to help manage, reduce and control communications costs, address Sarbanes-Oxley compliance issues and improve process efficiencies.
The second featured application will be Northrop Grumman's converged-communications services. Northrop Grumman IT can assist companies with the planning, design, selection and acquisition, implementation and management of new VoIP technology.
Northrop Grumman will also highlight examples of business-value successes with both government and enterprise through the use of converged communications.
