BATTLE CREEK, Mich., April 18, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE:NOC) has opened a new facility at 249 West Michigan Avenue in Battle Creek.
The new building has approximately 1,042 square feet of office space, including conference rooms, and will be used by employees of Northrop Grumman's Information Technology (IT) sector who support defense and national security customers. Northrop Grumman has approximately 70 employees based in Battle Creek, supporting such customers as the Defense Logistics Agency.
"The Battle Creek facility has the additional space we need to support work for our future growth in the region," said Catherine Kuenzel, vice president of Enterprise Infrastructure Services and Solutions for Northrop Grumman IT's Defense group. "We hope to use the added space for training and customer support activities as we grow our business."
