LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- June 12, 2000 -- Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE: NOC) announced today that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Comptek Research Inc. (AMEX: CTK) of Buffalo, N.Y., in a stock-for-stock transaction.
