LOGICON TASC WINS $75 MILLION CONTRACT WITH U.S. GOVERNMENT AGENCY
HERNDON, Va., June 14, 2001 -- Logicon TASC, a Northrop Grumman (NYSE:NOC) company, has won a $75 million contract to provide advanced research and development services to a client in the U.S. government. The two-year contract contains three one-year options.
LOGICON RECEIVES $28.5 MILLION CONTRACT TO PROVIDE EBT SERVICES TO STATE OF ILLINOIS
HERNDON, Va., June 13, 2001 -- Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE:NOC) has received a 30-month, $28.5 million contract to provide electronic benefit transfer (EBT) services to the State of Illinois Department of Human Services. This activity will be performed by Logicon Inc., the company's information technology (IT) sector, and is the first major IT services contract for Logicon with the state.
BOEING AWARDS LOGICON $89 MILLION IN SUBCONTRACT TO SUPPORT NATIONAL MISSILE DEFENSE PROGRAM
HERNDON, Va., June 11, 2001 -- Logicon Inc., a Northrop Grumman (NYSE:NOC) company, has received two contracts totaling $89 million from The Boeing Company to support the National Missile Defense (NMD) program. These contracts are a continuation of Logicon's NMD support, which began in 1998 and has produced more than $125 million in revenues to date.
