AIR FORCE WEATHER AGENCY AWARDS IT SERVICES CONTRACT TO LOGICON
HERNDON, Va. -- March 7, 2001 -- Logicon Inc., a Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE: NOC) company, has received a contract to provide computer operations and software programming services to the U.S. Air Force Weather Agency (AFWA) at Offutt Air Force Base, Neb. The contract has a potential value of $13 million over five years if all options are exercised.
LOGICON SELECTED BY NATIONAL INSTITUTES OF HEALTH FOR WIDE-RANGING IT SERVICES AND SUPPORT CONTRACT
HERNDON, Va. -- March 6, 2001 -- Logicon Inc., a Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE: NOC) company, has been selected by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) to lead teams that will provide information technology (IT) services and support to the federal government through the Chief Information Officers Solutions and Partners (CIO-SP2) contract.
VOUGHT AIRCRAFT, LOGICON SIGN $107 MILLION OUTSOURCING AGREEMENT
HERNDON, Va. -- March 1, 2001 -- Logicon Inc., a Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE: NOC) company, has received an outsourcing contract from Vought Aircraft Industries Inc. to provide information technology (IT) services. The contract is valued at $107 million for the first two years and could be extended through December 2004 if all options are exercised.
