NORTHROP GRUMMAN EXPANDS STAFF TO SUPPORT DEFENSE DEPARTMENT TRICARE INFORMATION CENTER
HERNDON, Va. -- Sept. 26 2001 -- Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE: NOC) announced today that its Information Technology sector has expanded its staff by 40 employees to support the Department of Defense's Worldwide TRICARE Information Center in Frostburg, Md., bringing total employment at the Frostburg Center to 160.

MELBOURNE, Fla. -- Sept. 19, 2001 -- Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE: NOC) has been selected to demonstrate the next phase of the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency's (DARPA) Affordable Moving Surface Target Engagement (AMSTE) program.
NORTHROP GRUMMAN PART OF TWO WINNING TEAMS FOR U.S. AIR FORCE SUSTAINMENT CONTRACT
HERNDON, Va. -- Sept. 10, 2001 -- Northrop Grumman Corporation's (NYSE: NOC) Information Technology sector announced today that its TASC unit is on two of the four winning teams for the $7.4 billion U.S. Air Force Flexible Acquisition and Sustainment Tool (FAST) contract. TASC is a subcontractor on prime contracts led by The Boeing Company of Chicago, Ill., and Modern Technologies Corporation (MTC) of Dayton, Ohio.
