HERNDON, Va. -- Sept. 9, 2002 -- A team led by Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE: NOC) has been awarded a contract to provide Information Operations (IO) technical and management support for the U.S. Army's Land Information Warfare Activity (LIWA). The contract is worth more than $300 million over five years and will bring approximately 220 jobs to Northrop Grumman's Information Technology (IT) sector.

The three-year agreement is worth $30 million to Northrop Grumman's Information Technology (IT) sector.

HERNDON, Va. -- Sept. 3, 2002 -- The Louisiana Department of Social Services (DSS) has selected Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE: NOC) to provide a broad range of information technology services to approximately 250 offices throughout the state, representing a further expansion of the company's information technology services to state agencies.
