NORTHROP GRUMMAN PETITIONS FCC FOR RULEMAKING ON ADDITIONAL BROADBAND SPECTRUM FOR PUBLIC SAFETY
HERNDON, Va. -- May 27, 2003 -- Northrop Grumman Corporation's (NYSE: NOC) Information Technology (IT) sector has submitted a petition for rulemaking to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) for an additional 10 MHz of public safety spectrum that will permit deployment of advanced broadband wireless applications needed by first responders.

DEFENSE INFORMATION SYSTEMS AGENCY AWARDS NORTHROP GRUMMAN AGILE TRANSPORTATION FOR 21ST CENTURY CONTRACT
HERNDON, Va. -- May 15, 2003 -- Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE: NOC) has received a contract for an Advanced Concept Technology Demonstration that will support the U.S. Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) with tools to reduce costs and better manage the Defense Transportation System (DTS) during peacetime and wartime.

$120M IT OUTSOURCING CONTRACT AWARDED FROM VOUGHT AIRCRAFT
HERNDON, Va. -- May 01, 2003 -- Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE: NOC) has been awarded a follow-on contract to provide a wide range of commercial information technology (IT) outsourcing services to Vought Aircraft Industries, Inc., Dallas, Texas. This contract allows Northrop Grumman to continue managing Vought's IT infrastructure, improving its return on IT investments, and implementing a common operating environment.
