MCLEAN, Va., June 30, 2005 -- Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE:NOC) has named Eugene Lee Carrick vice president of intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR), within the company’s Information Technology sector, effective July 1. Carrick will report to Sidney E. Fuchs, president of the sector’s TASC business unit.
