NORTHROP GRUMMAN ANNOUNCES INTENT TO OPEN A NATIONAL WORK FORCE CENTER IN WEST VIRGINIA
MCLEAN, Va. – July 31, 2007 – Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE: NOC) has announced its intention to establish a National Work Force Center in West Virginia, subject to final assessments and negotiations. The location assessments are currently being conducted within the I-79 high technology corridor through Wheeling.

NEW HARTFORD, N.Y., July 30, 2007 -- Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE:NOC) has successfully integrated and tested its Joint Capability for Airborne Networking (JCAN) system for aeronautical and land vehicular applications. This new capability will enable mobile secure Internet protocol (IP) router network connectivity to airborne and ground platforms using existing legacy radios and commercial wideband data links.
