…our pilots ready We support the East Coast Tactical Training Range Complex with operations, maintenance, and engineering support for the air-to-air Tactical Aircrew Combat Training System (TACTS), Large Area Tracking Range (LATR), and electronic warfare/electronic combat. For more than 13 years, we have provided the Fort Hood Range Complex in Texas with complete range support, including helicopter pilot live-fire gunnery training.
Additionally, we provide logistics support services to Northrop Grumman IT's highly sophisticated and complex B-2 Bomber program - at the factory as well as in the field.
…our missions flying Florida's Kennedy Space Center/Cape Canaveral Air Force Station has to be ready to handle all mission requirements at any time. That's why we created Space Gateway Support (SGS). This joint venture, led by Northrop Grumman IT, provides support services under the Joint Base Operations and Support Contract (J-BOSC), including project management, logistics, medical services, engineering, protective services (such as fire and security), safety and mission assurance, and environmental and information management.
For the U.S. Army's Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Alabama, change is a constant that demands expert management. We meet this requirement with a comprehensive mix of installation support that makes transitions efficient and effective.
At NASA's Wallops Island facility, Northrop Grumman IT manages and provides services and supplies to implement the NASA Sounding Rocket Operations Contract (NSROC). We design, fabricate, integrate, and perform flight qualification testing of sub-orbital payloads, provide launch vehicles and associated hardware, and provide various activities associated with subsequent mission launch operations (similar to live-fire operations).
…and our forces equipped Northrop Grumman IT provides the engineering and integration support needed to develop and migrate installation and logistics capabilities for its Global Combat Support System-Air Force (GCSS-AF) Integration Framework. This effort supports the U.S. Air Force's Logistics Information System Program Office's mission to provide worldwide life-cycle management of more than 97 information systems. We also provide software development and enhancement that is helping the Air Force field and migrate its Enhanced Maintenance Operations Center (EMOC).
