Harry Fisher, Director, Life Sciences & Commercial Health

Harry J. Fisher has more than 20 years of experience working with life sciences companies to define and implement breakthrough strategies to enhance overall performance and output. He is the director of the Life Sciences & Commercial Health practices of HHS. In this role, he leads Northrop Grumman in commercial and government practices areas such MedDRA, bioinformatics, eSubmissions/SPL, clinical trial management, etc. And he spends much of his time with clients at FDA, NIH, DoD Military Health, and commercial Biotech and pharma. He also evaluates investment opportunities for the HHS portfolio.

Working with his clients, he leads the efforts to bring substantial change to life sciences companies that make a tangible impact on speed to market and quality of life. He has extensive experience across the R&D spectrum, from pre-clinical through regulatory. And he has led successful projects at numerous pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies in areas such as electronic submissions, document management, data management, clinical trial management, electronic signatures, research physician effectiveness, IT enhancement, software assessment, project management, and many others. Mr. Fisher has held executive level positions at Accenture, Parexel, Tangerine Technologies, and Ness Technologies. He has spoken on numerous life sciences topics, and holds a degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
