Cary Havert, Director of Operations and Acting Director of Business Development 

Cary M. Havert is the Director of Operations for the Health Solutions within Northrop Grumman Information Technology. Health Solutions provides a full spectrum of health and benefits management IT solutions to Federal, state/local and commercial customers. Before his current role, Mr. Havert held the Director position for the Military Health and Veterans Affairs division within Health Solutions. Mr. Havert has previously held senior program management and day-to-day operations responsibilities in support of the Executive Office of the President (EOP) and National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's (NOAA) National Weather Service (NWS).

Mr. Havert has more than 23 years experience in the IT business. He has hands-on IT, leadership, and strategic planning experience in support of high profile customers. Mr. Havert received a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Louisiana State University and is currently pursuing a MBA degree from Central Michigan University.
