Health Services Numerous children and their families across the nation depend upon accurate eligibility determination, effective delivery of services and efficient distribution of benefits when they require assistance to meet their basic needs. State agencies responsible for assisting our most vulnerable citizens are being challenged to deliver increased levels of service, using antiquated technology, while their budgets are under constant pressure.

Many states have partnered with Northrop Grumman for technical services and solutions that help to meet these challenges. Our approach to partnering with state agencies is founded on thoroughly understanding the human service mission and embedding mission achievement in every facet of our delivered services and solutions.

Our Integrated Eligibility Systems are helping thousands of caseworkers assist hundreds of thousands of clients in Arkansas, Delaware and Montana. We have implemented more certified statewide Child Support Enforcement (CSE) applications than any other vendor. Northrop Grumman is currently partnered with five states to operate, maintain and enhance their CSE systems. We maintain and enhance SACWIS applications for four state agencies and Child Care systems for three states.

Northrop Grumman’s technical solutions span the entire spectrum of human service programs – from Child Care to Child Support - and an array of technical platforms – from mainframes to web portals. We provide:

Technical infrastructure supporting electronic benefits transaction processing, utilizing debit-card technology and supporting high-volume transaction processing.
