We are currently a proud sponsor of the National Society of Professional Engineers. We are pleased to sponsor the DiscoverE program for schools in our communities. The objective is to open additional doors so that today's youth can envision engineering as an option for their future.

Through the DiscoverE program, Northrop Grumman IT strives to attract under-represented groups into the science, math, and technology fields; help improve student interest in technology, science and mathematics; and illustrate how these subjects are used in the real world.

The sponsorship serves to fund activities, events or programs, or to purchase equipment that will build math, science, and technology capabilities within the selected schools.

Additionally, employee volunteers from Northrop Grumman, who are engineers and technical experts, will visit the sponsored schools to share their experiences with students and engage them in hands-on discovery of all that technology, science, and math can enable them to do.
