Wade F. Brylow
Director, Corporate Internal Audit Northrop Grumman Information Technology
Wade Brylow is director of Corporate Internal Audit for Northrop Grumman’s Information Technology sector. He reports directly to Northrop Grumman’s vice president, Corporate Internal Audit, and reports on a dotted-line basis to Jim O’Neill, corporate vice president and president, Northrop Grumman Information Technology.
Mr. Brylow has a wealth of knowledge and experience regarding Northrop Grumman’s culture and processes. He is responsible for administering the corporate audit function, and directs an audit program that ensures independent and objective evaluation of control systems and operational effectiveness. As a corporate managed function, Northrop Grumman’s Internal Audit department is broadly empowered to assess and assist the sectors in developing and improving processes that lead to operational and financial success. Mr. Brylow also serves as a member of the IT sector’s leadership staff.
Prior to assuming his current position, Mr. Brylow was the director of Corporate Internal Audit for Northrop Grumman’s Space Technology sector. He has worked as an auditor for Corporate Internal Audit for 15 years, and was the audit manager for Air Combat Systems at the company’s Integrated Systems sector. He joined Northrop Grumman in 1985.
Wade has a bachelor’s degree in political science from Marquette University and a master’s degree in business administration from Pepperdine University.
